Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome to Good Plans Travel Co. By utilizing our services, requesting travel quotes, submitting payments, or booking travel through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Agency Role
Good Plans Travel Co. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, vacation rental companies, and travel insurance providers.
We do not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, bankruptcies, or service failures. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers.
2. Travel Documents & Accuracy
Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents upon receipt and notifying Good Plans Travel Co. immediately of any errors or discrepancies.
Traveler names must exactly match the government-issued identification or passport used for travel. Fees associated with name corrections, rebooking, or ticket reissuance are the responsibility of the traveler.
3. Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and payment has been processed.
Quotes are not guaranteed until booked. Promotional offers, discounts, and special rates may expire without notice and are subject to supplier availability.
4. Payments
A deposit and/or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on supplier requirements.
By providing payment information, you authorize Good Plans Travel Co. to process payments on your behalf with the appropriate travel supplier.
Failure to make payments by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation of travel arrangements and applicable penalties.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and travel product.
Many travel arrangements are non-refundable or subject to penalties. Any refunds are governed solely by the supplier's terms and conditions.
Good Plans Travel Co. does not control supplier refund decisions and cannot guarantee refunds for canceled travel.
Service fees paid to Good Plans Travel Co., if applicable, are non-refundable once services have been provided.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with traveling without coverage.
7. Passports, Visas & Travel Requirements
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, travel authorizations, and any other required travel documentation.
Good Plans Travel Co. is not responsible for costs, losses, or disruptions resulting from insufficient documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.
